Security services for the main building, children's ward, and park of Dr. Ivan Seliminski-Sliven Hospital: unarmed, physical 24-hour security, video surveillance, and access control. The security covers the central entrance (24 hours, 2 guards per shift, no days off, approx. 17,520 working hours per 12 months), the Children's Ward (24 hours, 1 guard per shift, courtyard patrol, no days off, approx. 8,760 working hours per 12 months), the South Gate (10 hours from 06:30 to 16:30, 1 guard per shift, not on weekends and public holidays, approx. 2,320 working hours per 12 months), and the Administrative Entrance (10 hours from 06:30 to 16:30, 1 guard per shift, not on weekends and public holidays, approx. 2,320 working hours per 12 months). Additionally, one substitute guard with an estimated resource of up to 4,000 working hours per 12 months is provided for replacements during leave, sick leave, or breaks. The contract duration is 24 months, starting no earlier than 07.11.2026, with an extension option of up to 60 days if a successor procedure is still ongoing.
