Supply of net active electrical energy for the „MBAL – SHUMEN” AD hospital: The supplier must be a licensed electricity trader according to Art. 39, para. 1, item 5 in conjunction with Art. 69 and Art. 69a of the Energy Act, and a licensed balancing group coordinator according to Art. 96a of the Energy Act. The client will not pay any fees for participation in the balancing group or penalties for surpluses or deficits in imbalances.
