Delivery, installation, integration, configuration, and commissioning of a complex AI system solution as well as maintenance of the new and existing infrastructure for the development and enhancement of DANS's technological and analytical capacity. The system is to provide a high-performance, secure, and stable environment for processing and analyzing structured and unstructured data, utilizing and retraining AI models (including large language models (LLM)), and automating processes for analysis, risk assessment, and threat prevention. The supplied hardware and software components must be integrated into a unified technological solution, together with the existing infrastructure. To enable the integration and functioning of the overall system, maintenance of the existing infrastructure is also required. The performance is structured into four activities; their type and quantities are detailed in the Technical Specification with a classification level of "Secret".
