10 kV Container Switchgear

Delivery and operational development of a 10 kV container switchgear: includes a medium-voltage switchgear, installation of protection devices (provided by the client), an overseas container including expansion works, and ancillary facilities. The ancillary facilities comprise a 400V AC/60V DC distribution, UPS (rectifier, battery, provided by the client), communication technology/telecontrol technology (provided by the client), electrical installation, lighting system, heating/cooling and ventilation technology, and object monitoring (fire alarm and intrusion detection system). The contract also includes transport and setup at the destination. Project execution must be carried out by the bidder's own personnel; the bidder must have its own assembly, testing, and commissioning personnel. Subcontractors must be reported to and approved by Netzgesellschaft Düsseldorf mbH; subcontractors are not permitted to make further subcontracts. Alternative bids and change proposals are not allowed. The 10 kV container switchgear must be transportable on public roads at any time without special permits and must be craneable. The bidder must have manufactured and installed comparable 10 kV container switchgear and possess its own design, manufacturing, and testing capabilities.
