Delivery of a system for the procurement and administration of digital teaching aids, teaching materials, teaching resources, and production tools. The system includes a web system for ordering, overview, and administration of licenses, along with processing reports and statistics on license procurement and usage. The service is provided as an ongoing service. The estimated value is above the EEA threshold; the volume is a non-binding estimate. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition due to lack of budgetary coverage. The procurement has an immaterial impact on climate and the environment according to Section 5b, third paragraph, of the Public Procurement Act. The obligation to set requirements for apprentices according to Section 5h of the Procurement Act applies.
