Bei den Bauleistungen handelt es sich um die Ausführung der Elektroarbeiten im Neubau eines viergeschossigen Dienstgebäudes auf Flächen des MStpkt. Wilhelmshaven. Zusätzlich wird eine abgesetzte Energiezentrale für die Wärmeerzeugung des Bauwerks errichtet. Die notwendigen elektrotechnischen Anlagen sind im Rahmen dieses Vergabeverfahrens auszuführen. Die elektrotechnischen Anlagen werden gem. Bundeswehrstandard ausgeführt. Das Gebäude weißt mehrere sicherheitsrelevante Bereiche auf, welche entsprechend hochwertig und vom Standard abweichend ausgeführt werden müssen. Die Bruttogrundfläche des Gebäudes beträgt ca. 6.500 m² mit einem Bruttorauminhalt von ca. 23.200 m³. Die Arbeiten sind geschossweise durchzuführen. Es handelt sich um eine Bauleistung entsprechend VOB/A, Abschnitt 3 (VOB-VS). Alle zu verwendenden Holzprodukte müssen nachweislich aus nachhaltiger Waldbewirtschaftung kommen.
