Object planning and local construction supervision for the 3rd construction phase of the Bliesterrassen at Lübbener Platz in Neunkirchen: renewed design planning, execution planning, preparation and assistance with awarding, as well as object supervision and object support from service phase 3 HOAI. The project includes connecting the area around Lübbener Platz with the already completed construction phases 1 and 2 to form a continuous, barrier-free riverside promenade. Key elements are an approx. 200 m² Bliesterrasse with an adjacent seating step system, the barrier-free redesign of the pedestrian/cycle path along the Blies, and a pedestrian, drivable connection for maintenance purposes from Gasstraße to the Blies. Preliminary planning, design planning, and approval planning (service phases 1-4 HOAI) are already available and form the basis.
