Landscape planning and local construction supervision from HOAI service phase 5 for the 3rd construction phase of Bliesterrassen at Lübbener Platz in Neunkirchen: execution planning, preparation and assistance with awarding, object supervision/construction supervision, and object support during construction by executing companies. The project includes an approximately 200 m² Bliesterrasse with an adjacent stepped seating area, the barrier-free redesign of the pedestrian/cycle path along the Blies, and a walkable connection from Gasstraße to the Blies, traversable for maintenance purposes. HOAI service phases 1-4 have already been externally completed.
