3-year service for printing devices in ZUS branches and headquarters: restoration of full functionality after failure, malfunction, or lack of consumables; dismantling, delivery, and installation of spare parts and consumables; delivery and replacement of consumables such as new monochromatic toners with chips (excluding paper). A replacement device must be provided if repair is not possible within 2 working days. Service personnel for repairs and consumable replacement must be employed under an employment contract with at least minimum wage for the entire contract duration.
