Shell construction for the expansion of the Social Pediatric Center: approx. 20 t of excavation material including disposal (LAGA up to Z1.2), approx. 872 m² of masonry, approx. 280 m² of blinding layer, approx. 170 m² of perimeter insulation under the base plate, approx. 70 m³ of base plate (C25/30-WU, d>=40cm), approx. 100 m² of perimeter insulation for exterior walls (earth-contacting area), approx. 175 m³ of exterior walls (C20/25, d=25cm), approx. 16 units of interior columns (C35/45, d=25x35cm, height = 2.70-3.40m), approx. 550 m² of floor slab elements (C20/25, d=25cm), approx. 120 t of reinforcing steel, approx. 9 units of precast stair flights (C30/37, d=18cm on average). Execution period: January 14, 2027 to May 31, 2027. A detailed cost breakdown (Urkalkulation) according to form 223 with a breakdown of unit prices for all items must be submitted. Qualification requirements include information on turnover, references (at least 3 comparable projects in the last 5 years), average annual workforce, registrations with chambers and registers, and declarations regarding taxes, contributions, and insolvency proceedings.
