Interior plastering works for the renovation and conversion of Akazienhof into a cultural and neighborhood center: priming of absorbent substrates (900 m²), 2-layer cement-lime plaster IW, Q3 (700 m²), lime plaster/lime reinforcing mortar with fabric reinforcement/fine plaster as felt plaster, Q3 (200 m²), galvanized edge profiles for interior plaster (200 m), galvanized plaster finishing profiles for interior plaster (170 m), calcium silicate boards KSP, reveals (130 m). Execution period: May 24, 2027 to August 20, 2027. Alternative bids are not permitted; multiple main bids are allowed. The award criterion is the lowest price. Bidding consortia must be jointly and severally liable and appoint an authorized representative. To prove suitability, a self-declaration of suitability must be submitted with the bid, including information on turnover for the last three financial years, at least three references for comparable services from the last five calendar years, the average annual number of employees for the last three calendar years, registration with the Chamber of Crafts/Industry and Commerce, commercial register, payment of duties, social security, accident insurance, and collective bargaining social fund, exemption certificate according to § 48 EStG, as well as declarations regarding insolvency proceedings, liquidation, and serious misconduct according to § 6a paragraph 2 number 7 VOB/A. A prime cost calculation according to form 223 must be submitted upon separate request. Proof of suitability can also be provided by registration in the prequalification register.
