Production instrument for cell therapy: For use at Rikshospitalet, Department for Immunology and Transfusion Medicine, Section for ex vivo cell laboratory, for GMP-compatible final processing of cell therapy products (ATMP), including CAR-T cells. The system supports a standardised, automated, and functionally closed workflow for final processing of cell products, including formulation, addition of formulation buffer and cryoprotectant, homogenisation, aliquotation, filling, and sealing of final containers. Procurement of one instrument, with an option for a further instrument with software and accompanying consumables. Options for service agreements/servicing are also to be offered.
