Building Services for Shared Work Environment in Seinäjoki

Building services modifications for a shared work environment (YTY) for 15 + 2 state clients in Seinäjoki: Renovation of building A and parts of building B, with a total area of approx. 5,930 htm². This includes establishing a shared customer service area (Suomi-piste) on the first floor, a conference center on the second floor, shared workspaces on floors 2-4, and social, storage, cleaning, and field equipment facilities in the basement. The work involves adjustments to ventilation, water, and sewage systems, new electrical and IT technology, and the enhancement of existing systems such as security technology and access control. The renovation will be carried out in 4 phases, with furnishing and equipping occurring after each phase. Uninterrupted operation of systems must be ensured throughout the construction period, as four user organizations will continue to use the premises during the renovation, and another building wing remains in 24/7 operation.
