Demolition Expert Services for Autumn 2026 Demolition Package

Demolition expert services: Planning of demolition works, preparation of tender documents, tendering process, construction management, supervision, and safety coordination for demolition works in autumn 2026. Additionally for some sites: preliminary studies including demolition material and construction waste analysis (RAPU), asbestos and hazardous substance surveys, and an opinion on the reusability of demolition material (Vna 843/2017). For Asemantaustan päiväkoti and Ahtialan päiväkoti, demolition works must be completed and sites handed over ready for construction by the end of 2026. For other sites (excluding Radanvarren tavara-asema, Mannerheiminkatu 3), studies, plans, and tender documents must be completed by the end of January 2027 to allow tendering, execution, and handover of sites ready for construction. For Radanvarren tavara-asema, Mannerheiminkatu 3, only preliminary studies are required, to be completed within 8 weeks after the procurement decision becomes legally binding.
