Demolition and excavation for Wallenburger Straße housing construction

Demolition of outdoor facilities and seven existing buildings: construction of an excavation pit with tangential bored pile walls and back-anchored soldier pile walls, permanent securing of a retaining wall on the east side using shotcrete nailing, earthworks including material disposal of contaminated soils up to the planned transfer levels, and ordnance clearance measurement of the shoring and excavation areas.
