Demolition and Earthworks for Dieckhausschule New Construction

Hazardous material removal and disposal, and total demolition of a single-story school building (built 1914/1959/1967/1985, eaves height up to 4.10 m, total building width up to 33.42 m, total building length up to 47.70 m): Notification of the construction site to authorities, delivery of construction site equipment, media-free inspection of the building, clearing out, hazardous material removal and disposal, partial gutting (e.g., removal of doors, gypsum ceiling panels, and carpets), total demolition. Additionally, open space and earthworks: clearing vegetation from 621 m², demolition of 600 m² paved area and 400 m² asphalt surface layer, surveying, staking out, establishing elevation benchmarks, construction/tree protection, evidence preservation, excavation of 1,890 m³ building ground, groundwater lowering, placement of 500 m³ load distribution padding and 1,400 m³ backfill, preparation of the subgrade.
