Demolition and Deconstruction Works for Building GHI

Building core removal with accompanying hazardous building material remediation for asbestos, man-made mineral fibers (KMF), and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH)-containing components; phased deconstruction of the rising building parts made of wood, masonry, and concrete materials up to the top edge of the ground floor slab; demolition down to the bottom edge of the basement slab including foundations; structure- and contamination-related separation of demolition waste; removal or securing of channels and shafts; layer-by-layer compacted backfilling of pits and terrain depressions created during deconstruction; creation of gravel interim parking spaces on approximately 4,000 m² and lawns on approximately 11,000 m²; removal of fences and enclosures.
