Demolition and hazardous material remediation of several existing buildings on a property: demolition of furniture, dismantling of a mobile shelving system for reassembly, site setup for asbestos remediation, asbestos remediation of floor coverings (60 m²), steel and steel-frame doors, window sills, drywall (900 m²), door reveals (plaster), ventilation ducts and pipes. Removal of mineral wool (KMF) contaminated insulation in drywall, roof structures, and ceilings (800 m²), removal of cement screed including mineral wool (KMF) contaminated glass wool, removal of heavy metal and PCB contaminated door leaves and frames. Demolition of PVC and carpet flooring including skirting boards, demolition of formwork including plaster and fillings from ceiling structures (1,460 m²). Demolition of masonry, interior plaster, tiles, dismantling of electrical systems and elevator systems. Demolition of drainage pipes, drinking water pipes, pipelines from heat distribution networks, radiators, ventilation units, and ducts.
