Demolition and recycling of pump house and filter hall (approx. 4,000 m³ enclosed space, masonry, concrete), raw water tank (approx. 700 m³ enclosed space, concrete), and settling tanks (approx. 700 m³ enclosed space, concrete), each including technical equipment. Dismantling and recycling of buried pipelines DN 200 to DN 300 (approx. 1,000 m) and buried cables (approx. 680 m). Removal and storage of vegetation layer (approx. 15,000 m²) and topsoil (approx. 2,000 m²). Soil removal from heaps (approx. 4,500 m³) and slopes (approx. 3,800 m³) with installation in terrain backfill or structures. Installation of topsoil (approx. 3,200 m²), delivery and installation of topsoil in slopes (approx. 200 m³). Removal, transport, and recycling of soil from terrain backfill (gravel sand, approx. 6,800 t). Drainage construction (approx. 220 m). Foundations for gabion retaining wall made of unreinforced concrete (100 m³) and reinforced concrete (50 m³). Gabion wall up to 1.5 m height (160 m³) and up to 5 m height (90 m³). Double-bar mesh fence with anti-crawl and anti-climb protection (122 m). Planning services include the creation of demolition instructions and the static calculation for the gabion retaining wall. Execution period: October 12, 2026, to February 26, 2027. Securities: 5% for contract fulfillment, 3% for defect claims. Qualification requirements: registration with the Association for the Prequalification of Construction Companies or self-declaration according to VOB/A § 6a para. 2 letters 1 - 9.
