Fit-out works for Building 5013, Campus Benjamin Franklin Fit-out works for preparing areas in Building 5013, 5th floor, Campus Benjamin Franklin of Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin: Shell and interior plastering works include approx. 5 core drillings in reinforced concrete ribbed ceilings, approx. 10 core drillings in reinforced concrete and masonry walls, approx. 405 m² gypsum plaster Q2 on wall surfaces, and approx. 100 m² cement-lime plaster Q2 on wall surfaces. Drywall works involve approx. 950 m² drywall partitions (150 mm wall thickness, fire protection F0, F30, F90), approx. 65 m² shaft walls (fire protection F0, F30, F90), (door) opening reinforcements with steel hollow sections, approx. 250 m² smooth plasterboard ceilings F0, approx. 125 m² smooth plasterboard ceilings F30, approx. 300 m² suspended ceilings made of mineral wool panels (62.5x62.5 cm), approx. 95 m² hinged sliding ceilings F30 made of metal panels, 1 pc fire curtain system (approx. 3.00x2.50), and 1 pc mobile folding partition (approx. 4.70 x 3.00 R#W 47dB). Screed works comprise approx. 815 m² floating cement screed, low-shrinkage. Tile and slab works include approx. 32 m² screed on waterproofing, approx. 32 m² porcelain stoneware floor tiles, and approx. 150 m² porcelain stoneware wall tiles. Wooden interior doors (steel frames with wooden door leaf) include approx. 35 swing doors (various opening widths 0.635-1.135 x 2.135, with/without fire and sound protection requirements), approx. 3 sliding doors (various opening widths 1.135 x 2.135, with/without fire protection requirements), and approx. 65 m HPL-coated window sills. Painting works include approx. 2,300 m² plastering of cement-lime plaster and plasterboard wall surfaces to Q3, approx. 2,300 m² special glass fleece on plastered walls, approx. 2,300 m² dispersion paint on special glass fleece surfaces (walls), approx. 180 m² plastering of plasterboard ceiling surfaces to Q3, approx. 180 m² dispersion paint on special glass fleece surfaces (ceilings), painting of approx. 38 pcs door frames (steel frames), and painting of approx. 50 m heating pipes. Special requirements apply according to the Berlin Tendering and Awarding Act (BerlAVG).
