Demolition Works for New Canteen with Community Center

Demolition works: Roof covering (beaver tail clay tiles) for 1,780 m² (residential building 130 m², cowshed 1,650 m²); Roof truss and timber constructions for 1,780 m² (residential building 130 m², cowshed 1,650 m²); Carcass substance and demolition structures of 6,915 m³ (residential building 565 m³, cowshed including base plate/channels 5,500 m³, slurry systems 850 m³); Loosening and disposal of 650 m² of concrete block paving (demolition of paved areas); Historic paving (dismantling/storage/disposal): 165 m² to be removed and sorted (130 m² to be secured/stored, 35 m² to be disposed of); Provisional gravelling of 215 m³ for terrain profiling and road construction; Clearing of 115 m² of woody areas (shrubs 3-5 m) and disposal of turf; Removal and storage of 95 m³ of topsoil (mechanical removal approx. 30-50 cm); Disposal of 120 t of soil (Z 0) as excavation/soil masses; Mineral wool insulation (ground floor ceiling & wall): 1,030 m² insulation for ground floor ceiling (930 m²) and lightweight walls (100 m²); Dismantling and disposal of 150 m of mineral wool pipe insulation; Asbestos cement claddings: 70 m² asbestos cement claddings under steel beams; Asbestos-containing built-in components: 30 pieces (flanges 20 pieces, doors 6 pieces, chimney flaps 4 pieces); Rigid foam panels (CFC): 55 m² air guide panels; Disposal of 60 t of hazardous waste and construction debris (construction debris, insulation material, wood/plastic, asbestos).
