Demolition works for residential block Ludwig-Krebs-Weg 23-31

Demolition, disposal, and backfilling of a six-story residential block type WBS 70/IW 73 MS 13.1 with a maximum load level of 63 KN (including foundations) totaling 18,932 m³uR, demolition of 210 m² of surface paving (concrete slabs, concrete composite paving), backfilling of the construction pit with 1,645 m³, delivery and covering of 300 m³ of topsoil, terrain profiling of 2,200 m², and lawn seeding. The execution period is from October 5, 2026, to March 5, 2027. Alternative bids are permitted, but only in conjunction with a main bid. Required suitability proofs include prequalification or a self-declaration, references from at least 3 comparable projects, and expert knowledge certificates according to TRGS 524 Annex 2B and TRGS 521; further items as per the tender documents.
