Demolition Works for Buildings and Outdoor Facilities, Package 2

Total demolition of a social building (basement, ground floor, attic) with a footprint of 27 x 8 m and a volume of approx. 1,815 m³. This includes the gutting of 324 m² tiled roof, 324 m² wooden roof structure, 42 wooden windows and doors (waste wood category IV), 171 m² wall tiles, 309 m² floor tiles, 365 m heating pipes, 5 m² and 30 m ventilation, 280 m sanitary pipes and inventory. Furthermore, the dismantling of 1 electrical distribution cabinet, 600 m electrical cables, 30 luminaires, 179 m² floating screed with split tiles and stoneware tiles, 31 m² PVC flooring, 146 m² plasterboard ceilings, 25 m steel railings, 14 m handrails, 32 window and 3 door grilles, 15 WCs/urinals, 9 washbasins, 1 kitchen sink. Clearing out works are also included. Hazardous material disposal covers asbestos in pipe flanges, 22 radiators, 5 chimney doors, 7 fire doors; mineral wool (KMF) in 460 m pipe insulation and behind 161 m² roof cladding; 58 m² basement waterproofing and 323 m² screed coatings. The demolition includes brick and concrete walls, concrete ceilings, walls and foundations, and a concrete staircase. Total demolition of a tool shed (basement + ground floor) with a footprint of approx. 5 x 12.50 m and a height of approx. 6 – 7 m. This includes the gutting of 2 m² wall tiles, wooden shed roof and wall, 75 m² zinc roofing, heating and sanitary pipes (approx. 40 m), 2 floor drains, 1 steel staircase and 4 m handrails. Clearing out works are also included. Hazardous material disposal covers asbestos in pipe flanges and 3 chimney doors; mineral wool (KMF) in 30 m pipe insulation. The demolition includes brick walls, concrete ceilings, walls and foundations. Total demolition of two wooden sheds (ground floor), with footprints of 9 x 4 m and 30 x 3 m. This includes wooden walls, wooden lean-to roofs, 55 m² zinc roofing and 90 m² bitumen roofing. Total demolition in outdoor facilities: approx. 3 m² concrete floors, approx. 6 m² asphalt floors, an underground oil tank with 43 m piping and a capacity of 20,000 l, and 13 precast shafts DN 1000 – DN 2000. Earthworks: clearing of 1,700 m² construction areas, excavation for demolition works in the basement of 1,300 m³, removal of approx. 2,000 m² topsoil. Disposal of non-hazardous and hazardous materials.
