Waste collection and transport for Cewice Municipality: includes the collection of municipal waste from residential properties and its transport to a communal facility from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2029. This involves the selective collection of mixed municipal waste, paper and cardboard packaging, mixed packaging waste, plastic packaging, glass packaging, bio-waste, ash from domestic hearths, clothing, natural Christmas trees (collection on two dates in January), used electrical and electronic equipment, and bulky waste. Collection is from containers or bags, with bulky waste, Christmas trees, and electrical equipment collected without containers. For single-family homes, bags and containers for selectively collected waste must be supplied: yellow bags (120 liters) for plastics, metals, multi-material packaging; green containers (120 liters) for glass; brown containers (240 liters) for bio-waste; grey containers (120 liters) for ash; blue containers (240 liters) for paper and cardboard. The cost of purchasing and distributing bags and containers is borne by the contractor, with delivery by 30.11.2026. Yellow bags (minimum 120 liters) for mixed packaging waste are to be supplied on a "one empty bag for one collected bag" system. Furthermore, the transport of selectively collected waste from the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in Cewice to a communal facility is required for the same period. The contractor must employ drivers and vehicle operators under employment contracts. A free mobile application for residents must be provided, offering notifications for upcoming collections, waste collection schedules, information on the PSZOK, and proper waste segregation. The contractor is responsible for continuously updating the app data and providing app installation information on paper schedules. Additionally, 2,665 magnetic leaflets (12 x 17 cm, 0.6 mm flexible magnetic foil, glossy protective laminate) with waste segregation rules must be created and delivered for Cewice residents, with design and text to be agreed upon with the contracting authority. Informational and educational classes (minimum 7 lesson hours total, minimum 2 lesson hours per institution) on promoting selective waste collection, segregation rules, and waste management hierarchy are to be conducted in 7 educational institutions within Cewice Municipality.
