Waste Management Services for Residential Properties in Konopiska Municipality

Waste management services: Collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties in Konopiska Municipality. This includes the collection and management of the entire waste stream according to an approved schedule and in compliance with waste management laws (14.12.2012), environmental protection requirements, and the Silesian Voivodeship Waste Management Plan. The goal is to achieve legally mandated recycling, reuse, and recovery rates, as well as the reduction of biodegradable waste (laws of 13.09.1996). The contractor must provide specialized vehicles with a tracking system, ensuring timely and high-quality execution and granting the client unrestricted access to the system. The client will have comprehensive control over service delivery. The provision of collection containers for multi-apartment buildings and bags for property owners is also included. Disposal of collected waste is for recovery or neutralization, with mixed municipal waste (code 20 03 01) to be transferred to municipal processing facilities; if alternative facilities are used, a confirmation of refusal from municipal facilities must be submitted. Monthly reports include waste transfer cards, quantities and locations of emptied containers (mixed and segregated), mass and type of waste collected from properties and collection points, and the quantity of collected bags for selective collection. An annual report is to be submitted by January 31st on the achieved recycling, reuse, and recovery rates for paper, metals, plastics, glass, and construction/demolition waste, and the reduction of biodegradable waste.
