The estimated value of the services is a minimum of 4,000,000.00 Lei excluding VAT and a maximum of 4,384,080.00 Lei excluding VAT for the entire duration of the framework agreement, with an annual subsequent contract value of a minimum of 2,000,000.00 Lei excluding VAT and a maximum of 2,192,040.00 Lei excluding VAT.
