Waste collection, transport, and delivery, and cleaning of voluntary drop-off points: manual pre-collection of waste on and around voluntary drop-off points (PAV), collection, secure and hygienic transport, and regular delivery of residual household waste (OMR) and glass from underground (PAVE), aerial (PAVA), and compaction (PAV-C) voluntary drop-off points to approved treatment or disposal sites in the Euro-Métropole de Metz area; washing, degreasing, and disinfection of equipment for all waste streams (OMR, EMR, JRM, and glass). Framework agreement with purchase orders, no minimum, with a maximum for a single awardee. Maximum value for 36 months: 6,000,000.00 EUR net. Extension option: 1x 12 months, maximum 2,000,000.00 EUR net.
