Collection and Transport of Municipal Waste in Supraśl Municipality

Collection and transport of municipal waste: Systematic removal of mixed and selectively collected municipal waste from residential properties, including Christmas tree collection, and from the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) at ul. Zielona 5 in Supraśl. The service includes delivery for disposal to municipal facilities in Białystok, selective collection of paper, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging, glass, biodegradable waste (including bio-waste, branches, shrubs, and other plant residues in bundles), WEEE, bulky waste, and used tires from residential properties. Furthermore, it includes the collection and disposal of waste brought by residents to the PSZOK, equipping the PSZOK with containers, providing four-color bags (blue, green, yellow, brown) for selective waste collection compliant with the regulation of May 10, 2021, providing containers for selective waste collection at agreed locations (no direct delivery to residents for mixed or selective waste), implementing all activities related to the electronic system for recording and confirming waste collection from property owners, quality control of waste segregation on all properties, preparing collection schedules for 2027 (within 10 working days of contract signing) and for 2028 (by October 31, 2027), and distributing informational materials with collection schedules to residential property owners within 14 days of receipt. The service must ensure the achievement of recycling, reuse, and recovery rates, and the reduction of biodegradable waste mass for landfill.
