Towing, relocation, storage, and disposal services for vehicles: approximately 1,580 vehicles annually (including about 30 trucks) and approximately 880 empty runs; predominantly in the city district Mitte. Towing operations are possible on all days and at all times, mainly between 08:00 and 23:00, in summer on Fridays and Saturdays until 02:00, and on market days from 05:00. Orders for registered vehicles must be executed immediately (arrival at the site no later than 45 minutes after order placement), and constant telephone accessibility is required. Additionally, approximately 60 unregistered vehicles annually (predominantly cars, in individual cases caravans, trailers, small vans) are to be towed across the entire city area. Orders for these vehicles are primarily placed during regular office hours; approximately 50% must be disposed of or scrapped after about 6 weeks. Towing orders for unregistered vehicles must be executed within 24 hours, unless a shorter deadline is specified.
