Discount agreement for the active ingredient Lidocaine (ATC N01BB02): non-exclusive according to § 130a para. 8 SGB V, with a term from 01.09.2026 to 31.08.2028 and an extension option of 1x12 months. The agreement is open to all pharmaceutical companies at any time under the same conditions. Required documents include an offer letter, acceptance of DAK-Gesundheit's contractual terms and specified discounts, and completed Annexes 1 and 2, where medicines containing Lidocaine must be listed. Submission of documents, with Annex 2 as an Excel file, is via email to openhouse@dak.de. For a contract start on 01.09.2026, documents must be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month; later entries for the 1st or 15th of the following month require submission by the 5th of the preceding month.
