Rebate agreement according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for the active ingredient Biperiden (strength 4mg only), ATC N04AA02: Conclusion of a non-exclusive framework agreement under an open-house model, open to any pharmaceutical company under the same conditions. The contract duration is from 01.09.2026 to 31.08.2028, with an extension option of 1x12 months. Required documents include an offer letter, acceptance of contractual terms and specified rebates, and completed Annexes 1 and 2 (Annex 2 as an Excel file), to be submitted via email to openhouse@dak.de. Joining is possible at any time; for a contract start on the 1st or 15th of the following month, documents must be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month. further items as per the tender documents.
