Rebate agreement for the active ingredient Cefixim (exclusively dosage form FTA), ATC J01DD08: Conclusion of a non-exclusive agreement under an open-house model, enabling all pharmaceutical companies non-discriminatory access under the same conditions. The contract term begins on 01.09.2026 and ends on 31.08.2028, with an extension option of 1x12 months. For contract conclusion, an offer letter, acceptance of DAK-Gesundheit's contractual terms and rebates, and completed Annexes 1 and 2 (with medicines to be listed) must be submitted via email to openhouse@dak.de. For a contract start on 01.09.2026, documents must be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month; later entries are possible at any time for the 1st or 15th of the following month, with documents also to be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month. further items as per the tender documents.
