Non-exclusive rebate agreement according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for the active substance Perindopril arginine + Amlodipine + Indapamide (ATC C09BX01): Conclusion of a framework agreement for pharmaceutical companies under the same conditions, with a term from 01.09.2026 to 31.08.2028 and an extension option of 1x12 months. Required documents include an offer letter, acceptance of contractual terms and rebates, and completed Annexes 1 and 2. Submission of documents via email to openhouse@dak.de, Annex 2 as an Excel file. For a contract start on 01.09.2026, documents must be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month; later entries are possible at any time, with documents for an entry on the 1st or 15th of the following month also due by the 5th of the preceding month. This procedure is designed as an open house procedure.
