Rebate agreement for the active ingredient Miconazole + Fluprednidene (ATC D01AC20): non-exclusive agreement according to § 130a para. 8 SGB V under an Open House model, open to all pharmaceutical companies under the same conditions. Term from 01.09.2026 to 31.08.2028, with an extension option of 1x12 months. Submission of documents (offer letter, acceptance of contractual terms and rebates, completed Annexes 1 and 2 with medicines to be entered) via email to openhouse@dak.de. Annex 2 must be submitted as an Excel file. For a contract start on 01.09.2026, documents must be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month. Later entries are possible at any time, with documents for an entry on the 1st or 15th of the following month also to be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month. further items as per the tender documents.
