Conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements for the active ingredient Olanzapine (TRS dosage form only), ATC N05AH03. Any pharmaceutical company can conclude a framework agreement under the same conditions during the contract term. The contract term begins on 01.09.2026 and ends on 31.08.2028, with an extension option of 1x12 months. For contract conclusion or later accession, an offer letter, acknowledgment of contractual terms and discounts, and completed Annexes 1 and 2 (Excel file) must be submitted via email to openhouse@dak.de. For accession on 01.09.2026 or on the 1st or 15th of a subsequent month, documents must be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month. This procedure is not subject to cartel procurement law.
