Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate agreements according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for medicinal products containing the active substance Betamethasone + Clotrimazole (ATC D01AC20): Term from 01.09.2026 to 31.08.2028, with an extension option of 1x12 months. Any pharmaceutical company can join at any time under the same conditions during the contract term. Required documents include an offer letter, acceptance of the contractual terms and rebates, and completed Annexes 1 and 2 listing the medicinal products. Submission of documents is via email to openhouse@dak.de, with Annex 2 as an Excel file. For a contract start on 01.09.2026, documents must be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month; later entries are possible for the 1st or 15th of the following month if documents are submitted by the 5th of the preceding month.
