Rebate agreements for pharmaceuticals with the active ingredient Quinine (ATC-Code: M09AA02): AOK Niedersachsen offers non-exclusive rebate agreements under an open-house model to all interested pharmaceutical companies. These contracts serve as a transitional solution until exclusive contracts from formal procurement procedures come into effect. Conditions are uniform for all participants, and individual negotiations do not take place. The maximum contract duration is 24 months, with the earliest contract start on 01.12.2026 and the latest contract end on 30.11.2028. Contract conclusion is possible on the first of each month. There is a right to terminate with six weeks' notice to the end of the month. AOK Niedersachsen reserves the right to replace the open-house contracts with exclusive rebate agreements, upon which the open-house contracts will automatically terminate. For a contract start on 01.12.2026, contract documents must be submitted by 27.10.2026. Later contract conclusions are possible on the first of each month during the 24-month maximum term, requiring a lead time of 35 calendar days for processing. This is not a public procurement contract within the meaning of Directive 2014/24/EU.
