Preliminary studies and technical assistance for public building projects on technical buildings

Technical preliminary studies and support for construction projects: Assistance and preliminary technical studies in construction (structure and fluids) and acoustics to conduct studies and investigations, monitor the design and execution of works, and their delivery. The specialized and punctual assistance is provided for one project phase. The studies concern works and operations outside Book IV Part II of the public procurement code, including routine maintenance works, maintenance works, occasional major maintenance or major repairs, works solely on technical equipment for building operation (e.g., boiler, air conditioning unit, elevator replacement), development works, and building-related VRD works. Services are called off via framework agreements using purchase orders at unit prices.
