Sound System Services for Joensuu High School Senior Dances

Sound System Services for Joensuu High School Senior Dances (Vanhojentanssit): Provision for the year 2027 with an option for an indefinite extension; annual event in February at Joensuu Areena for approximately 500 dancers and approximately 3,000 spectators. Sound must be simultaneous and consistent across the dance area and stands, with clearly audible speeches and announcements throughout the event area. Equipment, structures, and services must comply with EU regulations, Finnish laws, and official regulations (structural, equipment, occupational and fire safety, electrical safety). A plan for the placement of sound technology on the Joensuu Areena floor plan must be submitted. The contract may also be used for other sound and event technology services for events organized by the City of Joensuu. There is no commitment to a specific purchase quantity; additional orders will be based on the tender conditions.
