Construction Works for Emergency Department of Nemocnice Prostějov
Construction works for the Emergency Department of Nemocnice Prostějov: Partial reconstruction of the existing emergency department area and a new extension. Includes structural modifications to the existing building (construction phase II), a new extension (construction phase I), completion of the 2nd floor of the new extension (construction phase III), roads and paved areas, landscaping, low voltage connection and public lighting modifications, and medical technology. The supply of building equipment is not part of the contract. Services include the complete and flawless execution of all construction works and structures, including material deliveries, all necessary associated activities such as site facilities and safety measures, geodetic survey of the completed construction, preparation of a geometric plan for entry into the real estate cadastre, and provision of as-built project documentation.
