Operational implementation of small and medium communication measures: Short-term assignment of layout, design, and adaptation services based on provided content, briefings, and design guidelines, including revision, updating, and format adaptation of existing communication materials. Services include graphic implementation of internal information and employee communication, personnel advertising and recruiting materials (e.g., recruiting ads, career fair materials, internal job formats), classic print and output media (e.g., flyers, info sheets, brochures, individual motifs/posters, salary inserts, business, thank you, and greeting cards, certificates, calendars), information materials for digital media (e.g., banners, ads, infographics, short videos, employee portraits), infographics, icons, and visualizations, PowerPoint presentations, training and information documents, event, campaign, and occasion communication (e.g., anniversaries, internal events, campaign implementations), signage and temporary spatial communication materials (e.g., construction fence design, construction site information, signs, roll-ups, pop-up displays, press and trade fair walls), stickers, vehicle branding, and bus lettering, design of promotional items and giveaways, creation and maintenance of templates, series formats, and reusable layout templates, final artwork, production preparation, and media-appropriate processing, considering accessibility (BITV 2.0, inclusive design). Contract duration: November 3, 2026, to October 31, 2029, with an estimated budget of approx. EUR 315,000 net per year.
