Agricultural Diagnostic, Environmental Assessment, and Project Management Support for PLUI du piémont lourdais

Agricultural diagnostic services: Provision of a quantified and spatialized overview of the agricultural situation in the territory, identification of future developments and agricultural projects, understanding the evolution of agricultural buildings based on farm changes, reconciliation of urban development and renewable energies with the sustainability of agricultural activities to limit land-use conflicts, and consultation with the agricultural profession. Environmental assessment services: Provision of environmental knowledge for the development of urban planning documents, assistance in planning choices and the elaboration of urban planning document content, contribution to decision transparency and reporting on the impacts of public policies, and preparation for monitoring the implementation of urban planning documents. Project management assistance for public consultation: Strategic support for communication and consultation throughout the PLUi procedure, definition and implementation of a consultation system adapted to the challenges and diversity of the territory (in-person and digital), organization and facilitation of consultation activities (meetings, workshops, participatory devices, online tools), design, production, and dissemination of educational and attractive communication materials, animation of continuous participatory dynamics until the PLUi is adopted, and support for reporting results to elected officials and the public.
