Appointment and Video Conferencing System for the City of Mikkeli

Appointment and video conferencing system as a SaaS ready-made solution for the customer services of the City of Mikkeli: Management of appointment bookings and conduct of video conferences for the employment services of the City of Mikkeli. The system must be user-friendly and comply with data protection and other legal requirements. It is a configurable standard product, not a custom development. The City of Mikkeli has the option to expand its use to other units later. One (1) overall responsible supplier is sought. The service includes necessary interfaces, programs, basic software, licenses, as well as maintenance and support services. The contract is estimated to start in November 2026, and the contract duration is indefinite.
