Update of PZO documentation and natural expertise for the Natura 2000 area Ostoja Popradzka PLH120019 in chiropterology. For activities such as literature data collection, office work, and supplementing the PZO documentation template, the contractor or subcontractor must employ personnel under an employment contract as per Art. 95 para. 1 of the Act and Art. 22 § 1 of the Labor Code of June 26, 1974, if the work meets the defined criteria. This does not apply if the contractor performs the service independently or through a person employed under a civil law contract who independently organizes their working hours and scope of expert activities. Detailed information on the scope of services is provided in Annex No. 9 to the tender documents (OPZ).
