Construction started in summer 2026, and the kindergarten is scheduled for completion in autumn 2027. Deliveries and installations must be finalized by 15.3.2027. One (1) supplier will be selected. Prices must be stated in euros without VAT (0%). Products must comply with EU regulations, Finnish laws, and official provisions. The offer must be binding and submitted in Finnish.
