Electrical engineering, power and low-voltage systems for the energetic renovation of the main building of Affaltrach Primary School, fire protection upgrade, and an extension. The renovation includes insulation and renewal of the pitched roof skin and energetic upgrade of the facades. The extension on the northeast gable comprises a new canteen with kitchen facilities on the ground floor, a staff room and headmaster's offices on the first floor, and new student WCs and a roof terrace. The extension also integrates the primary structural escape route and a new elevator for barrier-free access. The fire protection upgrade for the entire school includes the installation of a fire alarm system. In the main building, a new classroom and a PC room will be created on the first floor; the covered outdoor area will be converted into ancillary rooms and school social work rooms.
