Animation and educational-cultural activities for residents of Project 9 ROCŁ area

Animation and educational-cultural activities: Integration of residents in the Project 9 ROCŁ area and its immediate vicinity, enhancing their social potential, fostering interest, and encouraging the use of public spaces through events, workshops, and urban activities. The project comprises 17 tasks. Exclusion criteria: Bidders are excluded if they are Russian citizens, natural or legal persons residing in Russia, or if over 50% of ownership rights directly or indirectly belong to Russian persons/entities, or if they act on behalf of or under the direction of such persons/entities and their share in the contract value exceeds 10%. Further exclusion grounds are based on EU regulations (EU) No 833/2014, 765/2006, 269/2014 and the Polish Act of April 13, 2022, on countering aggression against Ukraine.
