Animation and educational-cultural activities for residents of Project 9 ROCŁ area

Animation and educational-cultural activities: Implementation of measures to integrate residents of the Project 9 ROCŁ area and its immediate vicinity, to increase their social potential, strengthen interest, and encourage the use of publicly accessible areas in the form of events, workshops, and activities in urban space. The order comprises 17 tasks. Bidders who are Russian citizens, natural persons residing in Russia, or legal entities based in Russia, or whose ownership rights are directly or indirectly more than 50% held by such persons, or who act on behalf of or under the direction of such persons, are excluded from participation according to EU Regulation No. 833/2014 and the Polish Act of April 13, 2022. This also applies to subcontractors, suppliers, or entities whose capacities the bidder relies on, if their share in the contract value exceeds 10%. Further exclusion grounds concern bidders listed in sanction lists according to Regulations 765/2006 and 269/2014, whose beneficial owners or dominant entities are on these lists or have been entered there since February 24, 2022. The contracting authority rejects bids from excluded bidders and may exclude bidders at any stage of the procedure.
