Construction of an organic recycling plant for bio-waste fermentation: Design, obtaining required administrative decisions, supply, execution, assembly, commissioning, and handover for operation of an organic recycling plant for bio-waste fermentation at the site of Łużyckie Centrum Recyklingu Sp. z o.o. in Marszów, on plot no. 175/1, district 0013. The project is to be executed under a "design and build" contract and must not interrupt the operation of the existing plant. A detailed description is provided in the Functional-Utility Program (PFU), Attachment No. 11 to the SWZ; in case of discrepancies, the PFU provisions take precedence.
