Adjustment of Cooling Hydraulics for the Neue Staatsgalerie Stuttgart
Maintenance of the cooling supply: Partial dismantling of existing cooling hydraulics and installation of a redundant cooling supply in the basement technical area during ongoing operation. Laying of a steel pipe and insulation route under confined conditions. Installation of new plate heat exchangers, buffer tanks, pumps, and fittings. The cooling transfer capacity is 2x approx. 1,200 kW. The primary coolant is a water-glycol mixture (approx. 4/11°C), and the secondary coolant is climate chilled water (approx. 5.5/12.5°C). The procurement of chillers is not part of the tender.
